Shipping & Delivery Shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your package begins its journey.

Package Protection After your order is handed to the carrier, it is in their care. Urban Glow Candles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll always guide you on the next steps.
